2. Estimates & Payments

Estimates may be provided verbally, electronically, or in writing.
Final pricing may change if job conditions differ from the original assessment.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Weather-related delays or reschedules will not incur a fee.

4. Property & Vehicle Access / Liability

Clients must provide safe access to the property or vehicle being serviced.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, defective materials, aftermarket modifications, or unsecured items.
Pets must be secured during scheduled services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.

5. SMS Text Messaging Terms (Twilio A2P 10DLC)
